Your acceptance of products purchased from Neware constitutes acceptance of Neware's standard warranty terms and conditions, which are described below.
Neware warrants that the hardware equipment will be free from defects in workmanship and material, for a period of one (1) year following delivery. For some other consumptive materials, like battery clamps, we provide a 3-month warranty.
Neware shall NOT be held liable or assume any responsibility for products damaged by improper handling or installation. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective unit.
Returned units are tested and repaired or replaced from a stock of factory reconditioned units. Any units that are determined to be “No Trouble Found” (NTF) shall be returned.

Warranty Extensions are available for periods of up to 5 years (depending on your system) and other on-site customer services are available at additional cost, giving you a more flexible choice to meet your variable business needs.
Normally, please contact directly with your sales representative and s/he will arrange your after-sales service, if your sales representative left this company, please call us directly or contact us from our official website.
Sometimes, the serial number of the equipment and your company/university/institute name should be provided when you request for after-sales service.
Our service staff will match the information you provided in our SAP system. Please get these information ready before you contact us.
