Mean Well Enterprise Co. Ltd. has expanded its offering of LED power supplies to include the NPF-120(D) and PWM-120. Following the features of the previously-introduced 40W, 60W and 90W, the NPF-120(D) and PWM-120 conform to the requirement for a power factor above 0.9, a set up time under 500ms, and a no load power consumption under 0.5W as regulated by the EU ErP directive. As a result of the IP67 protection level, these series fit the operation in highly dusty and humid environments.

NPF-120(D) series provide the ordinary dc style output, suiting various kinds of applications such as indoor LED lighting and LED decorative lighting. PWM-120 offers the pwm style output so that it can work with LED strips or the LED luminaries which have built-in current limiting resistors. Mean Well expects that these three series will all be the prevailing models in the LED power supply market.
