For customers who are using Neware testers for supercapacitors, they’d usually like to know how to get a measurement output for the Capacity_DChg (F), Capacity_Chg(F) or Capacitance (F).

It was supposed to be easy, right? Just right click on the Neware BTSDA software and select capacitance related fields you want to see.

right click on BTSDA and select the fields you want to check and see.
right click on BTSDA and select the fields you want to check and see.
We can see the fields of Capacity_DChg (F) and Capacity_Chg(F).
We can see the fields of Capacity_DChg (F) and Capacity_Chg(F).

But the values for them are 0, what happened? Is there something wrong with the software or else? Let’s fix this problem in one sec.

set the voltage range of supercapacitors in Neware BTSDA software.
set the voltage range of supercapacitors in Neware BTSDA software.
Neware BTSDA successfully show the capacitance values.
Neware BTSDA successfully show the capacitance values.

That’s easy, right, cause we need set up the voltage range then get the correct supercapacitors capacitance.
