Orion Fans, Inc. has expanded its high airflow fan tray offering to include a front exhaust unit available with up to six-fan positions. Designed for narrow depth cabinets found in security, audio and A/V applications, the OA406 Series ac fan tray combines small size – only 1U high – with reliable performance and high airflows of up to 160 CFM. Should a customer need the capability of redundant power, the OA406 series fan module has a second power supply available as an option.
The low-cost fan tray can be ordered with an additional universal 90-264 Vac input external power supply, or used with a switching 12Vdc rail as a redundant power source. The OA406 Series ac fan tray switches seamlessly if power is lost in one of the supplies. The unit can be ordered in either North American or European versions, and provides either North American NEMA 5-15P or IEC320-C14 connection.
