Neware IGBT ( Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor ) 7000 is a high power series which is specially designed for huge battery packs, such as EV battery packs and stationary storage battery packs.
It supports CANbus which is a communication mode that widely used in automotive technology. By working with BMS in the market, it can get the data such as voltage and temperature to protect the battery packs. Besides, IGBT7000 can integrate the BMS data with testing data.
Moreover, IGBT7000 can save energy because it has back-to-grid technology. It can be customized from 60V to 100V and 100A to 1000A. There should be a reservation if customers want the current range to be made as higher than 1000V. The current and voltage accuracy is 0.1% of full scale. It also can be customized to 0.05% to meet customer requirements. Each unit has 2 channels.
Comparing with traditional battery testers, Neawre IGBT solution is more cost-efficient. For large EV battery packs or energy storage system, IGBT7000 is a better choice.
