Geist Global announced the release of its next generation platform available in its R-series PDUs. This new platform delivers DEVOPS capabilities with improved APIs and automation capabilities, along with a host of enterprise features such as Active Directory integration, IPv6, increased logging capacity, improved monitoring, reporting and user experience. Enterprise customers and cloud service providers will enjoy the new DEVOPS capabilities for complete automation and integration via a JSON RESTful Web API or custom scripts utilizing the CLI over SSH.
John Durkin, VP of Sales & Marketing at Geist believes the release of this new technology substantiates Geist’s place as the market leader in the smart PDU arena, also highlighting Geist’s ability to integrate with critical cornerstones of the infrastructure to deliver a robust solution: “We’re offering our customers unbeatable value with more choices and functionality at the same price,” he said.
