Mean Well Enterprise Co. Ltd. has expanded the HLG family with the new 600W HLG-600H LED power supplies. Like all of the current HLG series, these new models accept 90- to 305Vac universal input. The HLG-600H includes nine models with different nominal dc output voltages between 12V and 54V that LED lighting applications most frequently require. With an aluminum case and the fully-potted with silicone, HLG-600H meets the requirements of IP65/67. It also offers 5G anti-vibration capability, and industrial-level immunity against the instantaneous surge up to 4kV that allow the series to work in various kinds of indoor or outdoor, high-dust, high-moisture, and high-vibration environments.
The working efficiency is up to 96%, and this series is specified to work between -40 and +70 degrees C ambient temperature with convection cooling. Functionally, HLG-600H offers two types of models (A- and B-Types): A-Type is equipped with the internal potentiometers enabling the output current to be adjusted between 50 and 100 percent and the output voltage between 85 and 105 percent; B-type is equipped with the built-in 3 in 1 dimming function (0- to 10-Vdc, pwm signal, or resistance.)
Other features include short circuit protection, over current protection, over voltage protection, over temperature protection, built-in 5V/0.5A standby power, built-in remote control, tess-than 0.5W no load power consumption at remote-off, and so on. This series is certified with UL/CUL/ENEC/CB/CE lighting regulations, including UL8750 and ENEC EN61347-2-13. Suitable applications comprise LED street lighting, LED high bay lighting, parking lot lighting, LED searchlight, LED fishing lamps, and so forth.
