Sometimes customers would ask why there are so few information in the Neware BTSDA. In BTSDA detailed data record area, there are three kinds of data display forms: Cycle layer, Step layer and record layer. What’s more, in different layers, the information and parameters for displaying you can select are different.
When you open your NDA file on BTSDA, there are always data and curves report together on the window . How can you make only data or curves display? Below instructions may help you. Click the left arrow button, the splitter will move to left(plot panel will be hidden) and detailed data are displayed only. Click the right arrow button,
After finishing cycle testing, sometimes you only need to select a part of cycle data for analysis. And sometimes, when there are so many cycles, BTSDA software will only show part of the latest 20 cycles(to speed up the opening of the data). How to view more or less cycles in BTSDA for different purpose? Step 1: Open you NDA
You can customize the curves/plots you want in our BTSDA software. I’ ll give an example of the method about getting Time- current & voltage curve for you. You can get other kind of curves/plots by the same way. Following screenshot is a typical NDA(Neware data analyzer) file opened in our software BTSDA. And let’s use following steps to create/customize
On BTSDA, the formula to calculate charge/discharge DCIR is R= |(V1-V2)| / |(I1-I2)| Charge DCIR: Using first second record V1 and I1 at current charge step, minus the last second record V2 and I2 at previous charge step. Take the absolute value for (V1-V2) and (I1-I2), we can get DCIR via absolute current value divide by absolute voltage value. Discharge DCIR:Using
Channel NDA data information View device channel information. Can view the information of the channel and channel number, voltage range, current range, set step information, server, client, median version, median and lower-level through “channel information”.
Can view detailed data information; Customize the displayed data: Click on “Cycle Layer Data” / “Work Step Layer Data” / “Record Layer Data”, right click on the header to add or cancel the displayed data type. If you have any other questions, please contact me with nucky@newarebattery.com
Can view the basic information of the test, such as start, finish, interrupt and other information. If you have any other questions, please contact me with nucky@newarebattery.com
To do DCIR test, DCIR = △V/△I =(V2-V1)/(I2-I1) The following steps will guide you how to generate your DCIR report. “DCIR step, customize V1,I1,V2,I2, generate report” If you have more questions, please contact me with: collin@newarebattery.com
Click zoom in tool on the left corner of toolbar, select the area you want to zoom in. There is another method to zoom in/out the graph, click flex tool which is next to the zoom in tool. Select the area you want to zoom in/out, scroll up for zoom in and scroll down for zoom out. Or you can hold
