Sometimes when you launch the BTS Client, the server and machines listed successfully on the left side the of software, you click the node one by one and found the machine you are going to operate, but the thing is, when you right click on the machine node or on the channel, the popup menu are all disabled, you have no access to all the function, why?
As you can see the following picture, all the menus and functions are in gray color, disabled.
What happened?
It’s easy, when you met this situation, choose the main menu ‘User > User login’, you’ll get a popup window like this one,
the default user and password is ‘admin/neware’, use this user and password to log in, now you can access all the function now!
And once you logged in, you can change the password also under the ‘User’ menu.
