EVT6000: Ideal EV battery pack test equipment

EVT6000 is mainly developed for EV battery pack tests. As a new generation tester with a range of high power(voltage output range from 100V to 800V, and the current output up to 1000A), it’s completely brand-new structured, specifically for testing the performance characteristics of EV/HEV and Energy Storage batteries, it’s the ideal testing solution to EV battery pack and power-storing batteries. The applications of EVT6000 include testing of EV, HEV, PHEV batteries of all chemistry; super capacitors; and other high power energy storage devices.

EVT6000 is designed with the BacktoGrid technology, which allows the electrical energy produced during discharge to be returned to the AC electrical grid, it can save much more power energy and produce less heat!

EVT6000 is supplied as a complete turnkey testing system, connect the machine with computer VIA  Ethernet communication, install our software into the computer, power the EVT6000 test cabinet up, then you are ready to go on the test! This automatic test system performs exactly the tests you want it to do.

With the simple yet powerful software BTS, computer becomes the command center from which you can set up testing work steps and analyze the testing data. Users can customize charge terminations, fine-tune the end-of-discharge thresholds, and observe voltage, current and temperature in real-time graphics in the software. Also, you can export the data to Excel and Txt format.
