Battery formation: Electrochemical processing of a cell electrode between manufacturing and first discharge, which transforms the active material into its usable form.
Battery grading: A process of categorizing batteries into grades(A,B,C), it’s used to distinguish the benefits of capacity and runtime. Grade A cells will be more expensive since they have the highest capacity and lowest IR(internal reistance).
