Generally, our BTS(Battery testing system) delivered to our clients with the universal holders, also with the 164 Air Socket for connecting other type of clamps, latter we’ll talk about all the possible clamps that Neware can offer for all kinds of batteries.
Bu now, in this article, we’ll focus on the universal holders. Okay, let’s get started.
1. This is the typical front panel of Neware BTS equipment you have(this is a single unit for low and middle current battery, the high power products may look different).
2. By adjusting the screws on both sides of the front panel, you can make the universal holders look like this, can you see the difference? Yes! Now you can use the same unit just by adjusting the heights of the holders to test cell or button batteries!
3. And the following picture is how Neware using the universal holders in our engineer department for kinds of tests. See? The upper unit is testing the button batteries and the lower unit is for the cylinder batteries. Different BTS units share the same shelf and the same powder supply, it’s very convenient for the engineers to manage different test equipment units in one single place.
